1. INTRODUCTION
This Shipping and Delivery Policy (“Policy”) outlines the procedures and terms governing the delivery of software and hardware products by PRABUTECH INNOVATIONS (“Company”). The Company ensures seamless access to its software and guarantees the timely delivery of hardware and software-based solutions to customers.

2. SOFTWARE DELIVERY
2.1 Cloud-Based Software: All cloud-based software provided by the Company will be accessible online via a secure login. Customers will receive credentials and access details upon purchase. No physical shipment is required.
2.2 Direct Software Installation: If software is designed to be installed on a client’s machine, the Company will provide installation files, license keys, and necessary documentation via electronic means, such as email or a dedicated download portal.
2.3 Installation Assistance: For enterprise-level solutions, the Company may offer remote installation support or onsite installation services, subject to prior agreement.

3. HARDWARE DELIVERY
3.1 Shipping Process: If the Company’s product includes hardware, it will be shipped to the customer’s designated address via a trusted courier or logistics partner.
3.2 Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase. The Company is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as customs clearance, natural disasters, or logistics disruptions.
3.3 Installation & Setup: Hardware products that require installation will either be set up by the Company’s technical team at the client’s location or will be accompanied by detailed setup instructions.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES
4.1 Shipping charges will be calculated based on the destination, product weight, and shipping method chosen. Any additional taxes, duties, or customs fees will be borne by the customer.
4.2 In cases where shipping is included as part of a promotional offer, customers will be informed accordingly.

5. ORDER TRACKING
5.1 Customers will receive a tracking number for their shipments, allowing them to monitor the delivery status in real-time.
5.2 The Company will not be responsible for incorrect shipping details provided by the customer. Any re-shipment due to address errors will be chargeable.

6. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
6.1 Damaged Products: If the hardware product is received in a damaged condition, the customer must report the issue within 24 hours of receipt along with photographic evidence.
6.2 Lost Shipments: If a shipment is lost in transit, the Company will initiate an investigation with the courier service. If the package is deemed lost, the Company will either resend the product or offer a resolution at its sole discretion.

7. NON-DELIVERY & RETURNS
7.1 Failed Delivery Attempts: If the customer is unavailable to receive the delivery, the courier service may attempt re-delivery as per their policy. If the shipment is returned to the Company, additional shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch.
7.2 Returns: The Company does not accept returns for software products. Hardware returns will be considered only in cases of manufacturing defects and must comply with the Company’s return policy.

8. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY
The Company reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers via the Company’s website or direct communication.
